Tab Mapper
Tab or chord file URL:

The tab mapper is a handy little tool that will render a guitar tab file with graphic chord diagrams displayed alongside. This comes in handy for people who just don't have every single chord shape memorized. Just plug in the web site address of a valid .tab or .crd file and hit "Go". In general, the tab mapper does a better job with printer friendly URLs. If there is more than one way to play a chord, the tab mapper will choose the most common shape. To see other fingerings, click on the chord diagram and you will be taken to the chord calculator.

Bm D Bm/E G -intro

Bm D Bm/E G
They've come to find you Odalisque
Bm D Bm/E G
As the light dies horribly
         F# F#/G Bm D Bm/E
On a fire escape you walk,
         F# F#/G Bm D Bm/E
All rare, resolved to drop.

Bm D Bm/E G
And when they find you Odalisque,
Bm D Bm/E G
They will rend you terribly,
F# F#/G Bm D Bm/E
Stitch from stitch 'til all
         F# F#/G Bm D Bm/E
Your linen limbs will fall

(Alternate Emsus* with D and then slide to G. Listen to song for timing!)

Lazy lady had a baby girl
And a sweet sound it made, la---
Raised on pradies, peanut shells, and dirt
In a railroad cul-de-sac, la---

G B7
And what can we do with ten baby shoes,
Emsus*
A kit bag full of marbles,
      Am
And a broken billiard cue?
            C Emsus* D G
What can we do? What can we do? La.

(Same as first verse, Emsus*, D, G, etc.)
Fifteen stitches
Will mend those britches right
And then rip them down again, la---
Sapling switches
Will rend those rags alright.
What a sweet sound it makes, la---

G B7
And what can we do with ten dirty Jews,
  Emsus*
A thirty-ought full of rock salt,
      Am
And a warm afternoon?
            C F#5
What can we do? What can we do?

F#5 G
Lay your belly under mine, naked under me,
      F#5
Under me.
F#5 G
Such a filthy dimming shine, the way you kick and scream,
            F#5
Kick and scream.

Bm Bm/Bb F#5
Bm Bm/Bb Bm/E F#5b

Repeat first chorus

Emsus* G Emsus*
Lazy lady had a baby girl, and a sweet sound it made.
